Putting numerical reasoning to the test, mobile tests within the automotive vocational environment

Author: Mike Dearing

The kind of tests we are running in this subject area are basic quantitative reasoning issues; pattern matching, progressions and mapping exercises. We also include basic algebraic formula which would be common in workshop practise within the automotive training arena. These tests could be applied to practical things like swept volumes, gear ratios, vernier measurements and volumetric issues such as reservoir and hydraulic systems.

The mobile test could be taken in situ, so that the practical application of the maths involved cab be appreciated by the candidate  Mobile Testing Contents
